So I bought my second order on alibaba for resale. First went great. I placed the order with a company that says gold supplier 9 years with alibaba it says alibaba inspected their factory blah blah blah. About a week later I get an email my order has been shipped. Later one that says my order is complete. I get on alibaba and by the dhl tracking my order was delivered in Ireland(I'm in the USA) about a month before I ordered it. I also had a message from the guy I delt with saying I should have paid him 30 bucks more than I did even though I paid the full amount the invoice gave me and They did not send me another one, could be my mistake. So I messaged them said sorry I never recieved the 30 dollar message asked for clarification on the shipment its been about 36 hours with no response. Thinking Ive been had but I'm not sure if I should start a trade assurance case or wait? Its only been about ten days but it says order closed and wants a review.
