Help with the Name on the Tag

These are tee tops.  I've researched trying to find out the exact name, but haven't been successful.  Cmplex?  I looked up the RN # which leads me to the manufacturer Valentine USA Inc.

Does anyone know the correct spelling of the lettering on the tag?

It says The Complex.  The trademark as registered in 1992 and cancelled in 2003.  Company located in The Fashion Tower off 7th Avenue.
