Asking Advice: 101-Year-Old Italian Stamps

Hi. My father worked in the Irving Trust Company and he retired in 1978 and went back to work for them as a file clerk. They told him he could keep anything he found in the files. He took some stuff home and after he passed away my mother gave it all to me.

One thing he found was a certified copy of a birth certificate for a male child born in Rome in 1922.  The document is in very poor condition but the stamps look pretty good. There's also a red wax seal.

Are there any philatelists out there who wouldn't mind taking a look at these and letting me know if they're worth anything? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks -- higgeroo, eBay seller & buyerstamps.jpegseal.jpeg
