shipping label dated November 12 or 13?

I printed one last night from the old shipping page, not the new mess,  that said next postal day was the 12th.  I hope we don't get dinged for delayed shipments when the "next shipping day" is a Federal holiday ...and we were dumb enough to believe Ebay's shipping label service.     The alternative was potentially getting dinged for late shipment by chosing Tuesday instead of the next postal holiday as listed in the system.

Typically, ebay's labels skip to the next day (13th) when there's a federal holiday. I figured ebay knew something I didn't so all my packages and my employer's had the 12th. I stood forlornly in front of the locked post office doors. Arghhhh. Managed to squish them in the receptacle that opens wider than the slot.
