combined shipping & refunds

I need help with combining shipping when buyer has paid separately. then how to send a refund through managed payments!!!

Use the bulk shipping tool and it will have an option to combine. Keep in mind this has to be sold to the same user with the same delivery address and same payment form. Another option is to combine the weight and make the label for one and copy and paste the routing number to the second from the drop-down menu as "add a tracking number"

Go to the sold and waiting feedback page and find the listing (s).  Next to the blue leave feedback link is a tiny arrow, go down to refund and the page comes up.  Make sure to pick a reason, the refund is submitted on the next page.
