The eBay Standard Envelope Shipping option has gone missing

I'm trying to list some trading cards in the $10-20 range and the standard envelope shipping option is no longer showing up under shipping options.

Are you on the app or the website @hadesscion? Did you check to see that the package dimensions on the listing form don't exceed ESE requirements and that you're listing in an eligible category?

If all else fails, you can always select a general "standard" unspecified shipping method and set up a flat rate to cover the ESE cost, then choose ESE when you ship assuming your item and package meet the requirements.

I'm on the site.

The dimensions fall within the required ESE spec.  I actually have several other similar items listed using this shipping method, which is why it's strange that it's no longer listed.

Is the Ebay Standard Envelope shipping still available?  I don't see it anywhere.

I do see these two options but I'm reading from Ebay sellers that the cost is actually $3.50 when trying to print the label:
