If you use bulk labels: Once purchased, you will see each individual label on that page. See rt. corner -- there will be a box with a downward pointing arrow marked "open" -- click on that arrow and choose "Packaging Slip".
If printing an individual label: see rt. corner again. You will see: Print packaging Slip ( it's underlined).
Please be aware you can not write your own message on either of these slip. You can choose one of several message provided by eBay or choose no message. Also the buyers address is a bit off: the city and state are on different lines and the state and zip code are separated by a comma -- not normal address form, looks childish. (Result of poorly written code).
