The price for Priority shipping depends on the WEIGHT of the package, dimensions of the package and the buyer's zip code.
If the seller is using Calculated Shipping, when you look at a listing, it should show you the cost of shipping to your zip code from the seller's zip code.

@7waystolookbyme You need several things to determine NON flat rate Priority Mail packages. YOUR zip code and the Buyer or Seller's zip code. You need the actual package dimensions L x W x H and the weight. Next, you got to the USPS web site and find the Calculate shipping costs link then follow the instructions.
While on the site you can als look up their Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes ... there you can find price and box dimensions.

Also note that "Flat Rate Priority" is cheaper "online" than paying at the "retail counter".
Also note that "flat rate" is not always the cheapest.
Many sizes of "priority" boxes are available "free", with "free" shipping to you. (not available at the PO)
"Regional Rate" Priority boxes can be ordered, and generally ship at a lower rate than the "flat rate" with the exception of the "flat rate envelope/padded flat rate envelope".

If you need to calculate the PM rate for a shipment you can do so at the USPS web site.

usps.com only shows retail prices. If you want to check online rates, or the prices for services such as First Class or Media Mail., you'll want to use eBay's own shipping calculator. Note that you can choose to look at either retail ("in store) or online ("eBay") rates.

Also, Priority mail cubic available on Pirate Ship can be cheaper than both Priority flat rate boxes or Priority region A and B boxes.
