30 day returns covid

Buyer purchased an item and wasn't satisfied.  He asked for  full refund, no return and I declined.  He opened a return request and I offered him a partial refund of 50% and he declined.  My next step was to offer full refund with return.  I printed a return label and sent it to the buyer on 5/26/2020.  It is now 6/6/2020 and the item has not been marked as shipped.  Normally ebay would close the case by now but they are giving the buyer 30 days to ship the item.  My concern is the label I printed on 5/26/2020 may not be accepted by USPS after 30 days.  Sometimes they hassle me at the counter when the label is one day old.  What happens in this case?

Was it an actual eBay Return Label? That is did it say anything about being for a return on the label? If so its good a year. If not, I don't know.

Hopefully it is good for that long.  I'm thinking if he didn't retuned it by now he isn't going to.
