Is this a valid shipping address?

I've tried to figure out what this shipping street address should be for an item that I sold:

Does anyone in the Miami area recognize it?

The street address is incomprehensible, can't be found.

City:      miami

State:   FL

Zip Code: 33122

This is exactly what the buyer provided.

I've tried some online address validation tools but none can verify this address.

Ebay reps couldn't help.  I sent a message to the buyer, no reply.

Can I state in my Ebay listing that I will ship only to a verified address and how do I verified the buyer's address?

Don't bother.  

If the address comes up as incomprehensible such as in the original post, you should just cancel the transaction based on "Problem with buyer's address."  If you change the address that was attached to the payment, even in response to a buyer request or just to clarify or re-format it, you will lose your seller protection against a fake "Item not received" claim.
