Your $10 items will cost you $12 to ship (minimum)- are you sure you're even interested in doing that?

The listings I checked are going through eBay International Shipping. That means your "free" domestic shipping applies as far as getting the item to the eIS hub in the US. eBay charges the international ship fee since they are the ones forwarding the item internationally. No, there is no way to change eIS to "free" shipping.

If you want to ship direct to international buyers you can opt out of eIS and offer free direct shipping, but your cards are not priced high enough to cover international ship costs. The service you might be looking at, USPS FC Mail International, does not permit shipping goods & merchandise. The service is strictly for documents. If you view the rates for USPS FC Package International you'll see the ship costs are much higher than your item prices.

With what service do you plan to ship internationally that you want to offer free shipping @thepikmin ?

GLORIOUS!
