International Shipping Program? Can't find it, just faqs on it.

We are trying to enroll in the international shipping program. We've done our research and have read through everything and unfortunately the website keeps taking us in circles rather than providing the option to enroll.

From our understanding we are supposed to go to seller settings and it should be a preference to turn on, however we do not see anything.  

Does anyone know what we are supposed to do? Thank you for your time and advice.

Top left where your name (usually REAL name) is- hover- and click 'settings'

Takes you to a page, choose 'shipping preferences' under SELLING

top of that page, most are 'auto enrolled' and you click on 'opt out'....you would have to click 'opt in'.

If the option isn't showing, you might not qualify yet?

@qazol, many of your listings don't show a shipping method and rate for US buyers.  The eBay International Shipping calculator needs shipping information for domestic shipments in order to calculate how much a non-US buyer will be charged by you and the program.

I think that @kensgiftshop is correct, you don’t qualify for it yet.  You probably need to have a few more recent sales.

Apologies.  Your domestic shipping rates are fine.  I'm in Canada and I used a bum fictitious ZIP code as my hypothetical shipping location while searching.

Thanks all! In case anyone finds this thread in the future, I got notification that I was in the program like 2 days after asking about it.   Once in it all seems automatic.  Thanks again.
