I was charged $22 a piece ($44 total!) for two separate items that were bought by international customers. The buyers payed calculated shipping at time of purchase, and now with these additional shipping fees that I'm being charged I'm actually in the negative with both items. Its not mine nor the customers fault that eBay incorrectly charged for international shipping. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do to get this money back? It seems to me that eBay should be the ones responsible for paying additional shipping charges.

Were these sales made through the GSP program or direct ship to country by the seller?

I'm guessing the GSP program, as I know that they were first sent to an address in California and were then re-routed to the international addresses.

Ok thanks that clear it up! When selling through the Global Shipping Program (GSP) you ship the item to Erlanger, KY and Pitney Bowers takes care of repackaging the item and shipping it internationally.
What does the notification or justification for the extra shipping costs say?
