Priority Mail which does include $100 insurance which is half of the
total purchase price. I will let the buyer know he should contact the
carrier.Does the buyer need to initiate the claim with USPS or do I need
to do that?
My only concern with that would be is there a chance that if I cancel
the order and the buyer receives a refund and then after the fact
accepts the dispute, and ends up getting refunded twice.
