Recently issued a refund to a customer, they said item was damaged when delivered. So I asked for a picture. The buyer didn't send me a picture, they paid the postage and returned item for refund. I told the buyer if item came back to me damaged, I would pay them for the shipping. My question is, how do I send this customer the amount of shipping charges after the refund has already been issued?
