How do you ship international USPS 1st class E-DELCON,  for items not sold on ebay?

The first field in the address form is for the country you're shipping to. You should see the e-DELCON logo on the shipping label if you're shipping to one of the countries participating in the program:

Thanks for your reply, but the link you gave doesn't have international shipping that I can find?

To better explain what I'm trying to do....The payment came through paypal, so I have a label generator, but the only international first class shipping done through paypal doesn't have E Delcon.  It's a non-tracking service, with a customs form.

And I'm shipping to Canada from the US,  so E Delcon is avalible, but I don'ty know how to get it without it being an ebay transaction.

Once you log in to PayPal via that link, it should bring up a Shipping form, and the very first field should be showing "United States" as the default. Click the Down Arrow next to it to open the pulldown menu of other countries. Select Canada, and carry on from there.

I'm... not sure how you are managing to land someplace else (apparently), but the link above should be a valid starting point. The tracking number on a First Class International package is the Customs barcode.

I got that link to work right, but it goes to the regular paypal label form, and that doesn't have delivery confirmation (it's not e-delcon).  It will get tracking until it gets to Canada, then nothing.

If I do labels through ebay, it's e-delcon, but for some reason paypal doesn't have it. At paypal, it's regular 1st class int shipping / no delivery confirmation.

I know the customs form has a tracking number, but if it's 1st class mail and not E-Delcon it will only get tracking until it leaves the US.  Paypal's int shipping generator doesn't have e-delcon.

See the label above, that's one generated through your link/paypal. See how there's no e-delcon logo on it, unlike labels printed through ebay.

It will only get tracking in the US, unless Canadian Posts makes a mistake and scans.

I hope you guys are right.  I confess, it's been at least a year since I've tried an int FC label through paypal, but back when I used to do it, if I did the label through ebay, it got tracking all the way through delivery. If the label was done through paypal, it only got tracking in the US.
