All of our listings are set with a '5 day handling' notice. However next to the 'Free Shipping' announcement at the top of all of our listings, Ebay has now added a 'Same Day Shipping' announcement in bold red letters. They have also stripped out any indication of our handling time on the 'Shipping and Handling' tab. All of this during a pandemic when it is both difficult and potentially dangerous to travel to the Post Office to mail packages. We'd appreciate hearing from anyone who knows what in the world is going on. Thanks and be well.
OP has turned on their vacation settings. You can see it if you go to their Completed or Sold listings, or if you click on an item number in their feedback. Not sure how we're supposed to see the problem or help with it, under those conditions.
Thank you for assisting. We took our shop off of vacation mode today and immediately discovered the issue - we then put our shop back on vacation mode hoping this might be a glitch or very temporary issue. Screenshot included. Thanks again.
