The customer has requested a change of the shipping address. How should this be handled?

First, make sure it is the buyer wanting the address changed and not some scammer claiming to be the buyer.
If it is the buyer, cancel the order as a problem with the buyers address, then relist and they can buy using their correct address.
If it's a scammer, add them to your BBL.

In addition to the reply from @kensgiftshop MAKE SURE you communicate with your Customer before taking action unless they do not respond within your Handling time. Don't just Cancel on them without communicating.
