I WANT TO SHIP A 1912 CHICAGO WHITE SOX STADIUM SEAT. WHEN I PUT THE DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT IN THE COST FOR UPS AND FEDEX ARE AROUND $150 OUTSIDE MY LOCAL AREA. HAS ANYONE A CHEAPER WAY TO SHIP A STADIUM SEAT?

Be very careful if you decide to use UPS or FedEx. Hopefully you were checking ground or home delivery. The cost is an estimate and the actual cost could be double and that is not billed until after delivery.

It's best to try pick up on that 1st and see if it sells.

I looked at the listing and see you have it at $150 shipping charge.

From my experience with fedex rates over 20 yrs you are going to pay more than that. Possibly a lot more. Raise the rate and refund buyer AFTER you get the bill if needed.

You will get hit with a large bill that there is Nothing you can do about. Many posts here on ebay about this exact situation.

Possibly take item to fedex and get a quote to a few zip codes in US. Then list it. Seems like a lot of work but well worth!
