I just got a defect added to me for an item that the customer says was a late shipment. This was an eBay monthly account update for March. The item was shipped on time (Dec. 24) but did not arrive from USPS until Jan 8. There were 2 holidays during this time. I was not notified by the customer that their item was late and I'm sure the USPS tracking probably told them it was going to be late. Since eBay says it is 90 days past, I cannot issue an appeal on-line. How can I get this appealed? Thanks
