Resolved! Buyer never paid then opens Item Not Received

What is wrong with people? Why would she open a INR when it wasn't paid for? I asked to please close the case, as i'm not able to, becuase she hasn't paid and I still haven't got a response. Should I call Ebay? So annoying!

Drop shipments

How do you list a drop shipment from a vendor so it does not not show as a late shipment?

Why do I get a defect for late shippment?...

When the PO delivered it late.I had a listing end on 4/5, mailed on 4/6 with tracking showing every stop and delivery on 5/12. How is this my fault? I did my part. Running the USPS is above my pay grade.
