Using my own primary photo?

When selling an item, is there any way to have eBay prefill the listing with eBay catalog info, but not use eBay's stock photo? I would prefer to use my own image instead.

Also, will the use of your own image hurt the ad's performance?

So, is it better to use the catalog info or input your own?

You can use it, but check to make sure everything is correct.

The few times I've let them prefill the information, it was wrong for my item.

Have a great day

Re: Using my own primary photo?

Nothing wrong with using catalog

Just double check the info and use your own photos

You will be fine if you do all that

I know it looks bad when you see the stock photo but I've seen it many times and when you list eBay will use the photo's you uploaded and NOT the stock photo

No, however having your own unique photos would be good. If the goods could be seen on a white background, that would be ideal.
