To maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places limits on the number of categories sellers can list in. Currently, you do not have required permission to sell in this category. {e183296-1246166x}

This message shown when I am posted a listing. Please can anyone help me to resolve this problem.

What is the category eBay says you cannot sell in?

It means just that...you cannot sell in that category.  Have you signed on for managed payments yet?  You've only been on eBay a week?  It takes a while to be approved to sell.  You need to sign up to be paid:
