I have had an on going problem where tax was being applied to my invoice for the purchase of legal tender. I had multiple purchases that it happened. I contacted customer service thru AI and was forwarded to an agent. She filed the report for me and in three days i had my refunds. I always see threads where members say CS is useless and does not help. So i just wanted to say Thank You Ebay.
