Yep, had the same problem ending and relisting, kept saying error, then I relisting the items twice.

This is what I just got after spending quite a bit of time on a listing. Also it's not listed in the Drafts either so I'll have to start all over but not trying again tonight.

"We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second."

In the past when users were having issues ending a listing we discovered that it could be done with this help page interface link. Might be worth a try if you need to end a listing now:
