Generated a label and then realized an error and tried to void and re-print label and now I keep getting a “Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label” error message.

Ebay just keeps on showing up for sellers (complete sarcasm intended).

Try switching browsers.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and then rebooting.

Are you trying to print an eBay standard Envelope or UPS ground?

Check for hinky characters that do not belong on the label.  Sometimes periods, dashes, pound signs, and stuff like that that the software might object to.

You mean you successfully voided the old label, made a slight change in the address, and aren’t able to generate a new label (not re-print the old one), right?

If so, then there’s something in what you changed that’s causing the problem. Are you able to tell us what you added or changed specifically?
