I sold an item that was pick up only. Buyer paid immediately but that was it. I have contacted the buyer numerous times but never any answer. We are over 3 months waiting and storing the item.. There will be no refund as I have had to store the item and loss of space. What should I do?

This problem is from last year! Due to the length of time it needs to be closed.
But how can that be the best answer when you can't message someone after the sale and tell them storage will be charged. That won't fly. Both parties have to agree. You can't arbitrarily add different terms after the end of the auction.
Some credit cards let you file chargebacks up to a year. I can't believe you're not telling the OP who has been long gone it's not ethical to keep their money if they can't or didn't pick it up.

Yes, I do see the age of the thread.
I keep thinking the same thing I think 100 times a day, 365 days a year.
If only people would read their eBay messages.
