Rotating Postal Strikes May Affect Delivery of Canadian Orders

FYI, Canada Post is still trying to mediate a labor agreement with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers.   Postal workers are staging a series of geographically rotating 24-hr strikes in response.   To date pick-up/delivery has been affected for 24 hrs in the following locations beginning on the date indicated:

10/22 -- Victorian, Windsor, Edmonton, Halifax

10/23 -- Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area

Supposedly, mail pick-up/delivery in other locations will not be affected.   For more info/updates of other areas that may be affected in the coming days see: https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/comm/list.page?ecid=murl|ddn|lr|5

It seems to me that Canada is prone to postal strikes?  It's not like here in the States.

I think USPS employees are considered Civil Service.  Civil Service does not go on strike, as far as I know.

If it works, sell it. If it works well, sell it for more. If it doesn't work, quadruple the price and sell it as an antique.

It's already bad enough.  We continue to have problems shipping to Canada--inability to track packages and insanely long shipping times.  If the postal situation declines, then it is likely many international sellers will exclude Canada.
