Buyer bought on Wednesday night (the 10th), it shipped on Thursday, and because of MLK day (PO closed Monday), they got it on Tuesday the 16th.

Will ebay remove bad feedback if it's obviously untrue?

They SHOULD, but sometimes they think outright provable lies are an "opinion", sort of like "alternative facts", I guess.

It SHOULD be a slam dunk, but we'll see, I suppose.

The bad news is that being factually incorrect doesn't make it eligible for removal.

The good news is that being ineligible for removal doesn't mean eBay won't remove it.

So, yes, phone eBay and request removal.

OP!  Why have you set your feedback to PRIVATE?  You do realize that you cannot sell with it set that way.
