Item not received, now received...

Hi All!

I recently had an INR case opened against me, USPS took a tourist route.  Fortunately, the tracking showed delivered before I was required to respond.  I responded with the tracking as received and I get a bounce back message "waiting for buyer's response."  What does that mean when the tracking shows delivered?  Do I have to call CS and let them know all is good on the receipt of the item or will it time out on its own?

I prefer to be proactive.  Upload the tracking, call CS and have them close it in your favor while you remain on the telephone.
