eBay can remove a listing if it violates policy or if the buyer is fraudulent. I think if you're not yet in managed payments they could remove it. Need more details.

did they???
Items can be restricted, or counterfeit etc. You give the right to eBay to end a listing for no reason at all if they desire due to the user agreement you agree to using the site.

What type of listing did they remove? The email you received should shed light on the issue.
Hard to discern what occurred, but happy to help.

I think there's a little button that says "cancel" that makes that happen when they push it.

You look like a seasoned seller with an inventory of antique type stuff. Maybe you had something that was offensive? Or if it was a newer high end item it could have been thought to be counterfeit. Whatever the reason, DO NOT relist or you'll put your account in jeopardy.

Did you have any other Tiffany items listed besides the thimble? Tiffany joined the VeRO program early.

There are over on hundred reasons why a listing will be cancelled. Without info of your item no one could guess in a million years why yours was pulled.

What were you selling? eBay might have removed your item because it was counterfeit, or violating eBay’s policy.
