How can I change the default message to a buyer when I send an offer?

I have to retype my message every time. I do not want to say "Here's your chance to get this item at a great price" I am not a car salesman.

wandering through the preferences to find a place to do this with no luck.

Yes it would be very helpful for this.  Personally I just delete the message that eBay populates and put nothing there.

Maybe this will help you.

Type your message into word pad or a text editor then you can copy and paste when you send an offer.

A little easier then typing it over and over again.

I've never found a way to keep a message 'on file' for such. I simply type, "For your consideration, Seller".

Yes, I wish we could customize and save a preset statement. Even using clipboard, it takes me several more steps on my phone. Deleting what's there and then pasting in from my pinned clipboard is like 5 extra steps.

I just leave the message.   However, I like @mnmkoter idea better.

There is not a way to "store" a personal message.

I have one saved in Microsoft Word that I cut and paste into the box.

Thank you for your interest in our items, it is so very much appreciated.   We're sending you this private offer and hope to do business with you soon!

Thank you,

I hate it as well..too bad you can not save these like ebay does with postive feedback. Very helpful contributions.

Wish their was away...I copy and paste this massage every time..."Enjoy an additional 20% Off...Here's your chance to get this item at a great price!  Ships same day or next business day."

I know this message is sold but I suggest getting a text expander where you can type a couple letters of a premade statement and it will autofill for you.  The one I used is literally called TextExpander but there are lots of them including browser extensions.
