Ground Advantage Shipping erased

I send a lot of items via Standard Ebay Envelope. When I try to list a package, if I pick Ground Advantage , Calculated shipping it not only erases my package size but also tells me over and over I have not selected a shipping option no matter how many times I try. Very annoying, have to enter a flat shipping price for packages that I want to go calculated. This has been going on for 3-5 days. Thank you.

Try clearing your Cache and Cookies.  Shut down your device.  Let it rest for 10 seconds or so.  Then bring it back up and try again.  If it still does not work, try a different browser.  After that if you are still having a problem, then it may be a bug of some kind.  But it likely is simply the browser or your device had too much clutter on it.
