I know you've been around a long time so no disrespect intended here. Since you didn't mention it in your post I thought I would ask. Are you clicking the complete purchase button after the paypal screen finishes up? I know when I buy, most times I get the spinning circle thing then it goes to the "complete purchase" page. If I don't click it the sale doesn't finish up.
If you are clicking it and the sale isn't going through, then it definitely sounds like a glitch. Feel free to ignore this post if appropriate!
