Negative feedback from Fraudulent buyer

"they took my money did not ship and now i am told it is on back order till january 23 poor company to do buissness with" (his spelling not mine)

First off the order was tracked and delivered, second I sell used items so the "On Back order" is a complete ** LIE**

the problem I have after providing eBay will all the delivery info eBay will not remove negative feedback

and yes I did file a report to no avail...

Write the item was ordered on blah blah and shipped on blah blah. And delivered on blah blah. This feedback is claiming that the item never shipped which is untrue and unfair and a violation of eBay policy.

Then give it an hour and see what the bots think.

You can go here to request feedback removal since it was apparently not on your item.

State in the comment box that the negative feedback was for another seller. That the item you sent was delivered paste tracking into it as well. Don’t say things like liar or false. In the comment box. You’ll know within minutes if it was removed.
But since you commented on it eBay may not remove it. You can try though.
