How do I call eBay about an issue I have. I am a seller.

Top of screen help tab. Keep selecting until you see contact us, chat. In the chat, keep selecting my issue not listed, then "call me".

Or you could tell us what the issue is, and see if it really is covered by policy and whether it is even worth trying to call eBay.

Know that:

1.) whomever you finally get to 'talk to' at eBay, they do NOT have the power to remove feedback (just the reps at Twitter/Facebook)

2.) the Neutral Feedback you got is something that NOBODY will EVER remove. It was the buyers honest opinion, nothing 'violating' ebay rules for removal.

First, don't believe any numbers you find on the web.  There are a variety of scammer posing as eBay even in the Google search results.

Second, try their online chat.

Third, or best, ask here.  We're more than likely to give you better answers than eBay's own CSR.
