Embargoed goods violation on listing map of Cuba

Listed an 1800's antique map of Cuba and I keep getting a listing violation saying  its an embargoed goods violation. listing immediately gets ended. what's going on here?

When you say " account in good health" does this affect my account in a negative way, views, sales etc..?

What's weird is below the maps title it says New York as the publishing place.

Doesn't matter.

A bot flagged you and no human ever looked at it.

Get it cleared by a USA based CSR before attempting to list it again.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use call center help.

...and even then if it was me, I wouldn't trust they did it right and would not list it again.

No I haven't. Ive sold maps of Cuba for 10 plus years and have never had this happen. It's just ridiculous. Won't relist it but I do want the policy violation removed.

Don't plan on relisting it but problem is is I have other maps of Cuba, Iran , Crimea for sale and am wondering if those will be done he same
