Dear experts,
Till 2 months ago, every time a buyer made a purchse, I've got email with its details.
From then I don't get.
eBay don't find its bug.
Do you know if there is any company wthat one of its services is to send me, as a seller, an email for each purchase, when its accured, with the purchase details?
An example of the email that don't come anymore:

I need it automatically to my EMAIL.
If anyone knows such a service, it will help me.
I tried Auctiva (eBay auction management system) but they don't have this service.

We get one on every sale, but it goes to the e-mail account tied to your Selling account. It does not go to e-Bay messages.
Are you checking your email account you have attached to your Seller account?
Funny, you want them - I'd prefer to not!

@wakayama_w- Go to the communication preferences page and make sure you have "item sold" checked off in the selling activity section-

(katzrul15- you can uncheck that if you don't want the item sold e-mails)
If that box is already checked- then uncheck it- save changes- check it again- save changes.
If that doesn't fix the problem, make sure the e-mail address on the account is correct. Also make sure to check your e-mail's SPAM folder in case the messages are getting filtered there.

You get almost ALL of the info you are seeking on the Seller Hub Overview page. Why do you wish the redundancy?
Based on your Feed Back (0 FB as a seller since 2018) it looks like you are primarily a buyer.
