Combined Shipping

I had sent out offers to watchers on a couple of blouses.  One of the watchers wanted to buy both of them, plus another blouse and combine shipping.  I'm relatively new at this and I did not know how to do combined shipping.  I told her to buy the blouses but not pay for them and I would send her an invoice.  Well, she paid for them and it looks like at full price.  So, I don't know where to begin to fix this right now.  I want to give her the discount I promised and also combine shipping.  Help!.

Also, it looks like she paid shipping on all 3.  It seems the easiest thing to do would be to give her a refund, but how do I do that with the shipping since EBay gives the seller a discount.  How do I see exactly what she paid?

Firstly, I prefer the solution you told her, but MANY customers are NOT allowed by eBay to buy & not pay or don't know how.  

What you're doing now is how I do all my refunds.  Just manually go to each order & refund.  You can look at the Order Details to see what she paid.  Easy peasy.
