yes i'm aware of that website, however there is no code for "playstation 4 game" on that website. The best I could find was 9504.50.0000 and 9504.30 which both were rejected as wrong codes by customs.
That is why i'm wondering if anyone knows the exact code to use.
9504.50.00.00 seems to be the correct one. What country were you shipping to?
My serious days dealing with HTC's is long past but I never encountered a code that was acceptable in one country that didn't apply to all countries that use the Harmonized system (just about every country on the planet).

I called skypostal and they told me it was rejected for invalid harmonized code.
A few weeks ago I got one back from Chile for invalid code.
I have always used that code and been fine, but recently i've been getting some back so not sure if they're being more strict and i'm using the wrong code or what is going on.
