Buyer Refused delivery

I sent a bike wheel via Parcel Force.   It has been returned to me as the addressee refused delivery.    I have contacted Parcelforce to get more information.  I issued a full refund but now find out l should have withheld shipping. The buyer is not responding to any of my messages.

I am £9.20 out of pocket and want to find out can l still claim this back somehow?

The only place you can go to get the money back would be the buyer. If they refused the package they are not very likely going give you back the original shipping money.

Unfortunately once you gave the buyer refund, it's a done deal there are no reversals.
