We used many hours of our time answering questions from this buyer, who apparently had a language understanding problem, and eventually ended up blocking this buyer due to the time lost without a sale. Buyer then got a new user id, and bought multiple items under that new id, and then left multiple negative fb on our account. We combined shipping on that multiple item order, and even refunded buyer for some of the shipping. We know it is the same buyer we blocked, because it was the same items that were in shopping cart, and the same items that we spent hours discussing with the buyer. We have requested negative fb removal, but since multiple neg fb was left, and only one neg fb can be removed per order, we are going to be left with a permanent neg fb, even if one neg is removed. We did everything right. What else could we do?

OP here, not sure which suggestion worked, as we tried all suggestions above, but negative feedback is now gone. We never did make the facebook social message connection to eBay CS, so it was likely the direct connection to eBay CS that worked. It was rather obvious one would think. Thanks to all who responded and tried to help.

This is exactly why I do not block buyers.

Maybe you can get somewhere by reporting they circumvented your block. Supposedly that is against the rules if verified.

We reported the buyer, but not sure that does anything anymore. Is there a better way to get through to eBay?

If the negative feedback is the only consequence of this transaction it may be a good thing. The negatives will roll off after time. The biggest issue I have always had with eBay is their apparent lack of buyer monitoring and control. Buyers with constantly changing ID's or multiple ID's for short term use, a lot of them scammers, their utilization of VPN's to mask the connection between accounts and ID's (try that one as a seller and see how long you last), buyer having virtually 100% control under the MBG, etc.
At the same time eBay appears to expend an exorbitant amount of resources ridding shotgun over the sellers. There appears to be a rapid increase in account suspensions for unknown reasons since eBay will not disclose that information, increasing removals of items due to some Vero infraction or some poor coding on the bot software that simply hits a keyword and has no way to understand what it pertains to. An ever growing list of prohibited items that are randomly and inconsistently removed by the bot software. Apparent problems with some issues at the authentication centers. The list seems to just keep growing.

not helpful. And not blocking someone wouldn't have fixed this. The name would just be different.

Click on the 'help & contact’ button located at the top and bottom of ebay pages and follow the prompts
AND-OR
On chat: type in ’agent’ to get a live person instead of a bot
AND-OR
Click on receive a call back: depending on how busy they are will depend on length of time for your call back
Make sure your phone will not block the call back
AND-OR
You can contact eBay via social media with a private message:

Great customer service reps on these 2 social media sites

I wouldn't give up yet. Have you tried contacting eBay through Facebook? They are no more helpful necessarily, but at least they answer quickly.
And that's not one feedback per order-that was multiple orders shipped together and should allow for multiple removals. I think whomever you spoke to was just being lazy and trying to get out of fixing it.

Sorry, meant to add:
The listing is fine, your feedback is still excellent and anyone who sees that is going to think that bidder is a jerk. Either way, I think you still look great and I wouldn't expect that to affect you.

We tried to request feedback removal on each neg fb, and the software told us only one was eligible for removal per order.

This buyer broke two policies. He is guilty of violating the eBay User Agreement by using an alternate ID to circumvent your block, and has engaged in feedback manipulation. Below are links to those policies. Quote them when you contact customer service thru Facebook. That might help get the negs removed. Good luck.

”Members must not create additional accounts to circumvent selling restrictions, buying limits, suspension, or to manipulate any site feature”

OP here, we have sold here since the beginning in the fall of 1996, and our fb is nearly perfect. Not sure how long it has been since we had anything but pos fb, but know it has been perfect for many years. We are once again reminded why so many sellers are unhappy here. So much easier to understand when it happens to you. We appreciate the suggestions, but if in the end there truly is nothing sellers can do, why even try? Will deal with this again when we have more time..

Trying to discuss this with software will get you nowhere. Follow the guidance above for contacting the business reps via Facebook, and see if you can get better traction that way.
Make it clear that the buyer opened a new account specifically to avoid your block on his previous account. The eBay contacts should be able to see the connection between his new and old accounts, as well as the presence of the old account ID on your Blocked Buyer List. Good luck.

That buyer's feedback just makes them look stupid.
Your listing clearly stated the size.

Make sure you have reported the Buyer on each transaction for FB abuse/circumvention before you reach out to e-Bay on social media.
Report each transaction from the drop down menu from the order view.
Reach out tomorrow on Monday. Reporting the Buyer for each transaction before contact to e-Bay CS carries weight with e-Bay.
Good luck!
