We haven't adjusted our promoted listings percentages since early January but have seen a serious dip in traffic and sales (down 28%) for our store since early March. We list or relist at least five items daily. We had an undeserved payment dispute on March 6th which I responded to right away and provided proof of delivery. That's still pending. So that's my suspicion but I would appreciate any advice on how to avoid this in the future. Thanks!
