$30 promotional listing credit

Did ebay end the quarterly $30 promoted listing credit for top rated sellers?  I did not see the credit on my Aug 15th statement.

Interesting question.  The Fall Update today includes the following line with no explanation,

Promoted Listings credit removal

 but an ebay rep stated the line was included in the update by mistake.  So, it makes one wonder why you can't see the credit.  The update isn't all that long, so why do things like that get added incorrectly?

@frugie88  - if you are in Managed Payments, do you see it in the Expenses section under your Payments tab? I filtered by Credit and it is showing we received it on August 27 as an Invoice Credit
