Buyer says they paid but eBay status still says waiting for payment?

Hi all!

I need held a buy who has hundreds of positive reviews says they paid for an item they purchase from me?  However, it still says under my selling link that I have this item still waiting for payment?  I’m not sure whether to ship, not sure what to do as I can’t email eBay directly and there is no links in help section that gives an answer.   It also doesn’t allow me to print shipping label since it’s not paid for yet!

I trust the buyer but not sure why it’s coming up that it’s not paid for ...I have no pending transactions in my PayPal either
