Hi, I have had to cancel an order. It shows "cancellation exists" in the Ebay system. However, it is still showing up as an item to ship? It's been over 24 hours. I have tried navigating around the website, but to no avail. I have also communicated directly with the buyer that the order is cancelled. Is there any other advice to circumvent this and assure that it is truly cancelled?
