We are having an ongoing issue with new shipping policies being created all the time after applying a simple template to format our listings. eBay support and support through the third-party template designs we apply are both passing the buck back and forth. The third party says they cannot create shipping policies and eBay says the same thing. After weeks of back and forth, opting out of business policies as eBay support suggested to rebuilding them from scratch, it still happens. We are having to check everything that is listed before it goes live in a daily basis to make sure the correct shipping policy is applied. All parties are quick to pass the buck off on the other one as the problem with no solution in sight. This is getting frustrating to say the least.
