This is my first ever return that requires seller to send a label and I can't find out how to do it. Here's the email from eBay:
Your next step is to send a return shipping label to XXXXXX by Jun 04, 2021. See the return details to buy a label from eBay at a discounted rate.
If you can't send a label by Jun 04, 2021, we may send the buyer a return shipping label and charge it to your monthly invoice.
Check the item carefully when you get it back. If everything looks good, refund the buyer no more than 2 days after you receive the item back.
Only thing is, when I click on See Return Details, there is no function to send a label.
Clicking on Returns, here's what I see:

I agree with bigger.fish.to.fry 100%. The label has already been sent to the buyer, you will be charged for it.

Go to your return dashboard and select view returns detail https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&CurrentPage=MyeBayNextReturn
You can print it from there from "send an eBay shipping label"
Be sure your return address is correct!!!!

When you accepted the return eBay showed you the cost for a prepaid return label. All signs indicate that you approved the prepaid return label but didn't realize it. eBay already sent it to your buyer and they will charge you when/if the buyer uses it.

thank you both so much! I can't believe this is the first time I've had to do this on a bogus return. But that's another story for another time.

@Anonymous
Hey guys, can you stand one more question about this return? The return details correctly state:
Subtotal: 99.00
Shipping: 10.00
Funds on hold: 109.00
But...under Manage Returns is says Buyer refund request: $115.92. Does this mean the buyer bought her own label for 6.92?

That amount probably includes the Sales Tax that Ebay collected; and will refund the customer along with your money to make that customer 100% whole again. That 'tax' amount is not something you will be refunding/paying.

Thanks again. Hopefully this is the last of it. 😑

How do I print and send a return shipping label?

Why can't I get a reply from you?
