I was chatting with an agent yesterday and she suggested that I contact the seller AGAIN.
I have done that to no avail.
Now, how can I progress to the next level?
I can't even see how to re-enter another chat session (or call or email to a human).

I bought an expensive item that worked for 158 days and then suddenly fell apart (literally). I contacted the seller, but because 158 days is more than 90 days, he doesn't want to do anything about it.

You have 180 days to claim with Paypal or with your Credit Card company if you did not use PP
