Ebay stole my money

The return scam got me with an iphone 13 max pro. Even though USPS sent me the investigation that said the package was not delivered to my address, nor was it delivered using my name, ebay won't provide seller protection. Please help.

Did they send a letter or an email?

It needs to be a letter on their letter head.

File mail fraud and a police report, then use all those to appeal the case.

In your other thread you said the package was delivered to your home on April 5th but it was taken away because the carrier realized it wasn't your address. I'm confused, if they knew it wasn't your address why did they bring it to your house?
